fantastic non-smoking stay!!!

clean room efficient check-in

Check-in through the app was very efficient. my room was really clean and quite large. i would stay here again. Everything felt fresh and well kept.

the hotel hallways seemed a bit dated, and the dim lighting wasn't ideal. it could really use a refresh to match the rest of the hotel.

the staff was very helpful, especially with early check-in. they were very accommodating and kind throughout my entire stay. smooth check-in and check-out added to the positive experience, and that was really appreciated.

the staff was very pleasant and the room was clean. check-in was easy I found that a great feature. attending the shows right downstairs was very convenient for us.

convenient location simple process outdated decor lacking cleanliness

the hotel location is convenient i could easily walk to nearby attractions. the digital check-in process was simple i appreciated avoiding lines at the front desk.

the room felt a bit outdated the decor seemed old. i found the cleanliness lacking there was dust in several areas of the room.
