The hotel offers very spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. While the AC had some issues, the housekeeping was attentive. The friendly staff took us to another Wyndham hotel nearby but lacked customer orientation in some instances. The location, although peaceful, was too far from the city center, leaving guests at the mercy of dishonest Turkish cab drivers. The dining experience, though below expectations for a 5-star hotel, had some good moments. The facilities were normal, with room service requiring improvement.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms that are efficiently cleaned daily with minimal disruption. The service is excellent, especially from M Fatih at the reception, with a great and friendly staff that are always ready to help. The location is not ideal for those without a car and faces challenges with local transportation. The dining experience can be hit or miss, sometimes disappointing with grumpy staff, while the facilities are generally good.
The hotel offers huge rooms that are quite big but is a bit far from the city center, though easily accessible with ridesharing. The staff speaks good English and the service is pleasant, but some members struggle with communication and lack customer orientation. The location, although exceptional, is too far from the city center. The dining experience is excellent with a great breakfast. Some dishonest practices regarding private transportation from Istanbul's new airport are noted.
