fantastic stay!
spacious roomsgreat nightfresh items
i really enjoyed my time here, the rooms were spacious and very comfortable, providing ample space to relax. the queen size bed ensured my wife and i both had a great night's sleep. i also appreciated the daily room cleaning, even though it sometimes happened later in the day.
the breakfast , while offering many choices , could have been better. some items were not as fresh as i expected. it didn't quite live up to the standards i would anticipate at a hotel of this calibre.

the restaurant features a varied menu , complete with options for different tastes. breakfast included an omelette station and various bread options, but the coffee machines experienced occasional malfunctions, impacting service speed.

the staff were generally very friendly and accommodating, assisting with directions and requests efficiently. the reception desk provided prompt responses to inquiries. luggage assistance was available upon request, which simplified my arrival and departure.

uncomfortably coldlimited choice
The air conditioning was set too low. it made the breakfast room uncomfortably cold. i also found the breakfast selection lacking in sweet options. There was very little choice for those preferring pastries or desserts. the staff did not seem very attentive, the staff weren't particularly friendly too.

the heating was not controllable from the room. initially, it was not working. the safe was also not working. the hotel charged 6 euros for a multi plug i needed.
