The Regent Grand, Grace Bay

My stay at the Regent Grand was quite good overall. The location was fantastic, right by the beautiful Grace Bay, making it easy to explore the area. My room had everything I needed, especially since I was traveling with a young child and wanted to prepare meals. However, I found the service to be a bit lacking, as it wasn't as helpful as I had hoped, especially with shuttle services being paid. Still, the amenities were great, and I appreciated the comfort of the space.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel, which is perfectly located to enjoy the beautiful Grace Bay and its surroundings. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable experience. The service was friendly but could use more attentiveness at times. I really enjoyed the dining options, especially at Vixx, where the food was delicious. However, it's worth noting that the payment methods at the pool were a bit inconvenient since they were handled by different management than the restaurant.
