My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, but I was disappointed not to have essentials like kleenex and coffee cups restocked regularly. The distance from the elevator was a bit inconvenient. The service, however, was exceptional with very pleasant and helpful staff, especially at the restaurant. The location was convenient, oozing cleanliness, and within walking distance of downtown attractions. The dining experience, although excellent with reasonably priced options, was marred by the absence of raw fish. Overall, the hotel offers great service, cleanliness, and location but falls short on room amenities and dining choices.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice, although some had a strong smell if located farther from the elevator, running the A/C helped. The service was excellent and truly went above and beyond, surprising us with a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries as a standard procedure. The location was perfect, right in the downtown area and close to a beautiful minor league baseball stadium. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with standard hotel free-breakfast fare, but local sweets were a nice touch. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
