Samed Grandview Resort, Koh Samet

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although not located in the resort, were disappointing in terms of cleanliness and had some mosquito issues upon arrival. The service was friendly but challenging to communicate with at times. The location offered some positives like easy access to the beach and town, but it could be hard to secure a spot at the hotel's beach. The dining experience, particularly at the Grandview, did not meet expectations. Overall, the facilities had some drawbacks, but there were a few positive aspects as well.

For the price we paid, we expected a more luxurious experience, but the room cleanliness was disappointing. The second room was better with good privacy. The service was unorganized at dinner on the beach, although the staff was friendly. The location is great, next to a beautiful beach and a restaurant.
