The lack of certain amenities was disappointing. My room did not include a mini fridge, which I found inconvenient. There also was no phone available for contacting the front desk.

the room size and bathroom felt generous. the hotel was within easy walking distance of main attractions and many restaurants. i found sustainable initiatives in place, which i always appreciate.

The location is excellent. It is a short tram ride from the train station directly to the hotel entrance. The hotel also provides a luggage storage room, a great convenience for exploring the city freely before check-in. Staff members are cute and helpful.
The bathroom setup presented some privacy issues. The glass door and curtain arrangement offered minimal seclusion.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the location proved convenient to travel around. the design of the room had a trendy vibe and luxurious minimalist fashion. i enjoyed the little outside terrace.
i noticed chipped paint . the curtains were just okay and did not fully block light. there was no phone in the room to contact reception easily.

The staff were cute. The hotel is near a tram station, providing easy access to the city center. I found the mattress really good and the soundproofing excellent (I slept very well). The room included lovely shower gel and shampoo.
