the building seemed like royalty. marble floors were in abundance. ornate chandeliers hung elegantly. wide hallways enhanced the regal atmosphere. our room was large and the bed provided great comfort. the air conditioning worked well and lighting was effective.
i found the lack of assistance with luggage upon arrival inconvenient. there were stairs at the front, and i had traveled for many hours. help with bags would improve the arrival process.

Their attentiveness was evident. sophia and pietro were particularly helpful. their service enhanced the overall experience i had at the accommodation.

Breakfast included a buffet. the buffet featured a wide selection of healthy options. Decadent options were also available. the breakfast setup allowed guests to choose according to dietary preferences. there was prosecco included.

comfortable parkingfriendly staff
I appreciated the comfortable parking this hotel offered. The minibar in the room was very useful. I found that the front desk and cleaning staff were both very friendly and accommodating.

I found the breakfast really good. In-house baked bread and a full cheese selection were available. pastries were fresh. the staff was very kind and courteous. the rooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.

The room service did not know the difference between a champagne flute and a wine glass. I got a wine glass when I asked for a champagne flute. the minibar was not refilled .
