amazing stay! i love this place!

the room was totally clean. i got a room upgrade and a bottle of prosecco. it was like a surprise party for my travel adventure! the gesture was so thoughtful, like they knew i needed extra sparkle.

The staff was very helpful. i had a guest balcony that was quite large. we had a private balcony as well. It presented an arno view.
the sound proofing in the rooms is non existent. conversations in rooms next to us may as well have been in our room.
