Fantastic Location and Perfect Service!
ideal location panoramic view helpful staff
The location was Really good, right by the Ponte Vecchio. This location made it easy to walk to all main attractions. I found the rooftop bar offered panoramic views. I enjoyed a drink there. I appreciated the staff's friendliness. They helped with dinner reservations.
The gym was a bit small.

Our beautiful room had modern decor with ample space. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower and quality toiletries, which I thought was AMAZING!!! The bed had excellent linens.

The staff was attentive and efficient from check-in to check-out. They promptly addressed all my inquiries and offered helpful recommendations. The concierge arranged a last-minute restaurant reservation for us, appreciated.

inconvenient air conditioning restricted rooftop hours
The location was acceptable, placing me near main attractions.
The room's air conditioning could only be controlled by the reception. This was quite inconvenient. the rooftop terrace operated under restricted hours.
