loud air conditioning distant parking
The location is very central. It is near shops, bars, and restaurants.
The air conditioning in my room was very loud. It made a terrible clicking sound all night (I was on the third floor). The parking is also far away.

lovely views
friendly staff good selection infinity pool
the staff seemed friendly and helpful. breakfast included a good selection, also they had a large choice on the menu for evening meals. the room get cleaned every day and shower gel get provided. the roof top infinity pool have great views. air conditioning to restaurant and rooms needs more power. there is no bar at the roof top pool area.
hotel offer basic rooms. i found the rooms were clean, but they lack drawers or cupboards. there wasn't also shelves in bathrooms, so toiletries stayed in bags.

our room was spacious and clean. the bed was comfortable. i found the bathroom was also clean and well-kept, that included a good shower with consistent water pressure.

charmed by the square view
square location late check-out big terrace
The hotel sits right on the square. It is really close to the lake. i participated in the half-marathon and the finish line was near the hotel. i went to my room right after, it was great. the hotel allowed a late check-out, so i could run, shower, grab my stuff, and then leave.
the fridge did not chill properly, a bit disappointing. i would have appreciated colder drinks in my room. also, the air con wasn't very powerful, so the room didn't get as cool as i hoped.

the breakfast offered a fantastic view of the lake. i found the views added greatly to the experience. the rooftop restaurant provided wonderful views of the lake and the mountains.

The hotel staff was cute. They were really helpful. the front desk helped me with my questions, they were patient. they answered all my questions with a smile, i appreciated that.

Decent stay with minor issues
rooftop pool central location convenient parking dirty toilet dirty sofa uncomfortable bed
The rooftop pool offered AMAZING views. My kids especially loved it. The hotel's location is REALLY central, near restaurants. I also found the parking option quite convenient. It was a short walk away.
The toilet wasn't cleaned to a high standard. The sofa also looked dirty, possibly marked by luggage wheels. I found the bed quite uncomfortable .

The rooftop pool was superb with an amazing view. the staff was friendly and helpful all the time. the breakfast service ran smoothly and offered several vegan options. It was really good.
