I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with a view of the lake and mountains from my balcony, providing a peaceful contrast to the hustle and bustle outside. The staff, especially the Barman, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even getting us pizza and wine when we arrived late. However, some aspects of the service were inconsistent, and the lack of attention from certain staff members was noticeable.

My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered excellent storage space with a nice window view. The location was exceptional, right on the lake, but the decor seemed a bit outdated compared to the photos. The rich breakfast was a highlight for me.
