adequate stay, some drawbacks
great locationchild-sized bedridiculous cost
the location was great for sights though the crowds were intense.
The room i got, supposed to be a 'superior' one, felt far from it. The beds were basically child-sized. breakfast wasn't included, and honestly, 25 euros per person seemed utterly ridiculous. I've had better deals elsewhere. it was hard to justify the cost

thin wallsinconsistent minibar
The minibar wasn't refilled daily, so it was inconsistent. I also didn't like that the bathroom lacked a bidet, I think is a standard in this area. The breakfast room had a limited seating area. The walls seemed too thin, I could hear noises from nearby rooms in the early morning. I expected better soundproofing and breakfast service.

Charming Hotel Experience

The location was pretty great. The staff answered all questions with patience. The room was right size I needed. Breakfast was fresh and good, this was unexpected.
My stay include one minor issue. The visit they offer to a factory was disappointing. It was quick demonstration, then an aggressive sales pitch, this was not useful.

The Beautiful Double or Twin Room Canal View feature contemporary design. The room included a king-size bed, a sitting area, and a marble bathroom. Soundproofing was effective, I did sleep well.

The hotel offered a concierge service, this helped me a lot. The breakfast area featured fresh pastries and local cheeses. Free WiFi access was available throughout the hotel. This was great.

The hotel was near major attractions. Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square were within walking distance. Many restaurants are close to the hotel, this was perfect.
