a decent stay with some drawbacks
thick carpetstemperature fluctuation
The hallway carpets were unexpectedly thick. rolling luggage across them proved quite difficult. i also found the three steps in the hallways inconvenient. A ramp would improve accessibility. furthermore, the shower temperature fluctuated quite a bit. Maintaining a consistent temperature was challenging.

i found this hotel to be beautiful and hit the mark for a local boutique experience. the staff was very helpful. the room we got was larger than the smallest room. i usually stay at marriott properties given my status, so this was a nice change.
the hallway carpets were quite thick. rolling luggage was difficult because of this. also, the three steps in the hallways could benefit from a ramp.

The location was convenient, close to amenities.
The room felt quite cramped. The bathroom was small. Each shower led to water spreading all over the floor. A staff member at the reception looked unsympathetic and didn't.

I enjoyed a good stay. Staff were attentive and met my requests promptly. My room was always clean upon my return each day. I found its location perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. The check-in process was quick and simple.
The bathroom lacked some counter space. This made organizing toiletries difficult. I hope they consider installing additional shelves.
