the location is excellent with free onsite parking, a great bonus. i found the room very clean. the bed was comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. the staff were friendly and helpful.
I noticed the absence of a lift. The stairs to the upper floors are quite steep. this may present a challenge with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

the hotel provided secure gated parking, reassuring. i found the staff to be very helpful and polite. i enjoyed a good breakfast with a nice selection of items. the room was quiet and spacious with tea and coffee making facilities.
The gates to the car park were locked at night. It's a good thing, but places are limited, so you need to get there early.

The location was central, providing easy access to nearby restaurants. Private parking was a great bonus. I appreciated not having to search for street parking. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from.
There was no lift where the apartments are, and the stairs are steep. This could be challenging for travelers with heavy luggage or mobility issues. I had a bit of difficulty.

The family room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast included a lot of choice, and the staff gave excellent information on nearby sites. The location was great, a short walk to many restaurants. Secure parking was available for both motorcycles and cars.
I did notice the stairs are quite steep to reach the apartments.

i appreciate this hotel a lot. its location allows for a quick channel crossing and an early evening arrival in the city with time for a pre-bed walk. the staff are cute and patient with my french, offering english assistance if needed. the secure parking provides reassurance when travelling with a car packed for holiday.
the absence of a lift meant steep stairs for apartments, which posed a minor inconvenience after a long day of travel.
