I arrived with high hopes, yet a few snags tarnished my stay. I discovered the minibar was quite empty. I guess they expect me to bring my own refreshments? The promised city views turned out to be more of a charming brick wall vista. I found myself taking the stairs more often than not.

The breakfast offered sufficient options for a quick start to the day.
I found the room to be smaller than anticipated, particularly given the rate charged. Space was at a premium. The noise isolation proved INADEQUATE. Street sounds were audible late into the night, disrupting sleep. Staff response to a request for additional pillows took an unusually long time.

The reception staff greeted me warmly. They stored my luggage before check-in. My room had a welcome letter with a cloth tote and cookies. I found the room clean and very comfortable. The staff were accommodating. I appreciate the perfect location for exploring.
The gym was not on the premises. I had to walk 500 meters. It was further than I expected
