empty minibar erratic elevator
I arrived with high hopes, yet a few snags tarnished my stay. I discovered the minibar was quite empty. I guess they expect me to bring my own refreshments? The promised city views turned out to be more of a charming brick wall vista. the elevator seemed to have a mind of its own, sometimes skipping floors at random. I found myself taking the stairs more often than not.

I found the room design practical, with attention to detail. I received a tote bag and cookies upon arrival, along with a welcome drink. The staff was friendly, and I found the location excellent. The bed provided a comfortable sleep, and I observed the room to be immaculate.
I noticed a slight noise from the street during peak hours.

Acceptable Stay, But Issues Noted
inadequate isolation delayed response
The breakfast offered sufficient options for a quick start to the day.
I found the room to be smaller than anticipated, particularly given the rate charged. Space was at a premium. The noise isolation proved INADEQUATE. Street sounds were audible late into the night, disrupting sleep. Staff response to a request for additional pillows took an unusually long time.

Wonderful Stay!
warm welcome cloth tote comfortable room perfect location
The reception staff greeted me warmly. They stored my luggage before check-in. My room had a welcome letter with a cloth tote and cookies. I found the room clean and very comfortable. The staff were accommodating. I appreciate the perfect location for exploring.
The gym was not on the premises. I had to walk 500 meters. It was further than I expected
