the reception staff were very cute and helpful. the pool area is unique. soft drinks at the bar were free. i found that a nice touch.
there was no porter outside to help with luggage when i arrived. the beautiful suite i stayed in was dark. the furniture was uncomfortable, with cheap foam rubber fill.

i had issues with the room service. i ordered a house burger one night, and a few hours later, i became sick with food poisoning. this meant i could not travel the next day as planned and had to extend my stay at additional cost

The location is wonderful, right in Le Marais!!! It is a very walkable, charming area with many restaurants and cafes. The staff was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble.
