Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered superb furniture in rooms that were highly soundproof but unfortunately not entirely clean. The service was professional, with a friendly attitude and even a special area prepared for our dog. The location was perfect, right on the river and within walking distance of everything, though it might not suit all types of travelers. The dining experience, while wonderful in the pretty courtyard, could be better for a hotel of this standard. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.
I must say the room was the worst we have ever seen, but the perfume used was pleasant. The rooms, despite being spacious and nicely decorated, had some issues. On the positive side, the hotel offers rather large rooms with a separate living room.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were lovely, and the staff was exceptional. Although the dining experience was not as expected, the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the facilities added to the pleasant stay.
The hotel is a mix of contemporary and antique charm, situated in an old hospice, offering a sophisticated experience with a perfect location near restaurants and shopping. The rooms feature superb furniture and comfortable beds but show minor scrapes and stains from rain. Service is professional and even pet-friendly.
The hotel rooms were spacious, functional, and very modern, with amenities like a Nespresso machine, fitting perfectly into the grand old building. The service was exceptional, with a few hiccups at the beginning but overall very friendly and attentive. The location couldn't be better, right in the center by the Rhone river banks. The dining experience was outstanding, making me eager to return. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing the overall stay.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, overlooking the Rhone, were very spacious but too warm for my liking and somewhat dark. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly, multilingual, and even going above and beyond by offering to buy and deliver a pencil sharpener to my room in less than 10 minutes. The location was unforgettable, walkable to nice shopping areas and main sightseeing activities, although the approach at check-in was a bit unusual. The dining options were good, with a variety of choices, but I wished for a larger selection of French pastries. The facilities were satisfactory, and the price was decent for the overall experience.
