The staff greeted me upon arrival. They gave me a room as soon as one was available (it was before the official check-in time!). The location is amazing for exploring the city (it is near the Champs Elysees Metro Station).

It stops at every floor when called, regardless of direction, leading to long wait times (especially during peak hours). The in-room thermostat is also outdated.

one major issue was the outdated thermostat in the room. it only allowed me to switch between heating or cooling, but it did not regulate the temperature properly (i felt either too warm or too cold).

the location was convenient for shopping areas.

the front desk staff lacked warmth and were not cute. i also found the shower design impractical (it was difficult to use) and there was no designated space for luggage. i was disappointed overall.
