Wonderful Stay with Really good Service

The location is fantastic. I could easily walk to the Louvre, Tuileries, and Place de la Concorde. The staff answered my questions about transportation so patiently. The hotel also offers a complimentary afternoon tea with cake in the lounge area.
The heating was off, so my room felt very cold. An electric radiator was provided after I requested it. It would be great if the central heating could be fixed.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff in the dining area were attentive, helpful, and very accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed the fresh fruit and delicious pastries offered each morning.

I stayed in a Junior Suite facing the courtyard, and it was beautiful. The room was spacious with two big windows. It was quiet, and I really appreciated the cleanliness and boutique hotel touches.

The common areas, specifically the lobby, felt cute and lovely. Although there is no restaurant within the hotel, many wonderful places to eat are nearby. The front bar created a wonderful atmosphere.

i found the location really good it allowed easy walks to the louvre tuileries and palais-royal the staff including noemie saif and michael were genuinely helpful answering my questions about transportation. i discovered a nearby vegan cafe adding to the convenience for me the breakfast buffet offered a great selection i was happy with that.
the service felt a bit irregular during certain hours particularly at night

I was happy with my room size. it had free water and coffee. the hotel location is fantastic. Food options and activities surround it. the staff were always nice and friendly. Their service enhanced my visit..
however, there was an issue during checkout. the bill was higher than the confirmation amount. this discrepancy was never clearly explained to me.

I appreciated the upgrade to the junior suite following a housekeeping oversight. It was a nice touch. This suite provided a fine view extending from the Louvre to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel staff were indeed helpful . I found the room very clean.

The room was very cold. The hotel heating was off. an electric oil radiator was put in the room upon request as they could not start the central heating. the phone in the room, intended for reception and room service, did not work and was not fixed even after it was reported.
