I loved how close the hotel was to everything. Walking to attractions was easy. the room was super clean. The large shower was a great bonus and the water pressure was perfect. breakfast had delicious creamy scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, and amazing coffee! the staff was helpful. A special shout-out to the friendly gentleman who assisted us with our bags on departure.
The room was good for the city. Still, it felt a bit like a renovated old holiday inn. the carpet seemed worn. The decoration was a little cold.

The breakfast included eggs, vegetables, fish, and cheese. They were fresh and tasty. coffee and tea service was available throughout the morning. the dining area was clean.

Svitlana and romain were kind, attentive, and pleasant. They created a warm atmosphere. the staff worked well as a team. It was good to see their cute approach. customer service was excellent.

The location was really great. Everything was easily accessible via walking or public transport. it's a pleasant walk from the louvre and musée d'orsay! the metro was nearby.

I enjoyed my four-night stay. The staff were very friendly, and they helped me with directions. I liked the breakfast buffet. It had fresh pastries and fruit. The location was great. I could easily walk to nearby attractions (that was awesome!).
i had some trouble with the room's lighting controls. They were a little complicated, and i could not figure them out initially. i think simple instructions would help.

The room included a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower. There was also a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary water and a selection of snacks. A safe was available for securing valuables.

The front desk team offered helpful advice and local information. I also received access to a amazing vantage point to watch the Bastille Day fireworks. The hotel delivered an exquisite fruit tart to my room on my birthday. The pillows were indeed very fluffy.
The shower design lacked grips. I thought this posed a safety risk, especially on wet floors

Breakfast offered great variety. The food tasted good. It was a great start to the day's adventure. There were several restaurants and brasseries close by, a great advantage.

The receptionist staff was wonderful. They were friendly and helpful plus, they were highly competent. The Front Desk team was a treasure trove, offering all sorts of suggestions. Irina, from the Concierge team, was also very friendly and helpful.
