My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were fabulous and extra clean, perfect for our days in the city, although we could hear some noise from upstairs. Everything felt super fresh and spotless. The service was top-notch, with immediate hospitality, even offering us espressos and guiding us to the spa before our city adventures. The location was ideal, allowing us to explore all that London has to offer easily. The dining experience was good but could have been improved with a few more basics. Overall, a fantastic stay with minor room for enhancement.

This hotel was an absolute gem! The peaceful room facing the garden felt like a haven; we could have easily moved in permanently. The cleanliness was impeccable, although the room was a bit too warm initially due to the high temperature setting before our arrival.
