some issues
non-functional tvno internet
the television in my room had no signal it was just static. i tried to access the internet but there was no connection available either i reported this to staff. one of the curtains seemed newer velvet while the other was an older brocade material the room felt a bit mismatched and tired.

The tv in the room did not work, REALLY annoying. The lighting could have been brighter, and a full-length mirror is necessary. The room was also too cold even with the radiator on. I had expected more from the heating system.

I found the location very convenient for accessing winter gardens. It was about a ten-minute walk. the room was nice and neat, (i liked the colorful decor). the shower had nice hot water. it was within easy reach of the north station and a comfortable walking distance into the town center.
Upon entering, there was a slight musty smell, reminiscent of an old church. the place was clean. the tv channels were scrambled and didn't work properly. also, i noticed no hairdryer was present in the room.

the rooms are decorated beautifully and they appear very clean. the bathroom included a lovely hot shower with big, soft towels. the bed felt very comfortable, and having tea, coffee, milk, and a biscuit was a nice touch.

the hotel is conveniently located approximately a ten-minute walk from the train station, north of the hotel. it is also about a ten-minute walk to notable attractions such as the tower and the winter gardens, so its a great location.

the hotel provides tea and coffee making facilities in the room, including a kettle, tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits. while i didn't experience extensive dining options, i found this to be a very adequate offering for a short stay.
