Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On the bright side, the room was clean, equipped with a kettle and some coffee/tea sachets for a hot drink, and had a nice view over central Wuxi. However, the cleanliness was definitely not up to my standard due to poor housekeeping. The service was friendly and helpful but had some issues with the credit card deposit process. Location-wise, the hotel was in deep downtown, offering convenient access to shops and restaurants, although it might look a bit dated. The dining experience was not very appealing, with messy service and a separate charge for meals. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel rooms left much to be desired compared to the advertised standards, with a noticeable bad smell; however, they were clean and the bathrooms well-maintained. The service was a mix of quick and efficient assistance alongside unprofessional and rude behavior, but we did receive a free room upgrade. The location, while still clean, seemed outdated, but it was perfect for exploring downtown. The dining options offered a variety but lacked delicious choices. The overall facilities were adequate but nothing extraordinary.
My stay at this hotel was beyond my expectations. The rooms provided a great rest in a big and cozy space with a very nice bed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown with everything I needed at my doorstep, from shopping malls to street food stalls. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff willing to assist. However, the dining experience was a bit lacking, as the staff didn't clean up properly while serving, making it less inviting. Overall, a comfortable and clean stay with friendly service in a prime location.
The hotel is in a super convenient downtown location with everything at your doorstep. The rooms, though a little old, provided a decent stay, but not as good as our previous experiences in Shanghai and Suzhou. The friendly and professional service stood out, especially with the unexpected carpet vacuuming. The dining options were charged separately, which was a bit of a letdown, but the overall value for money was fair.
Wow, what an amazing location! Right in the heart of Wuxi with everything at my doorstep but perhaps showing its age a bit. The rooms were spacious, had nice views, and were fairly quiet, but I had some trouble falling asleep. The service was top-notch, staff went above and beyond, super helpful and friendly. The dining had plenty of options, especially for different nationalities, but the setup could be cleaner. The facilities were great, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
