The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with a homey feel, though they were not ready upon check-in time. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially June. The location provides direct access to a water park but may incur additional costs due to mainly tourist attractions. The dining options were limited, and the breakfast quality could be improved. Overall, the facilities were great with various amenities available.
The hotel rooms were spacious and located on the eighth floor, showing no wear and tear after 6 years. The grounds and pool have matured and are even lovelier now than in 2012. We were satisfied with the huge toilet space provided in the room, and thankfully, we didn't experience any noise disturbances from the nearby park.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely, clean, and spacious, offering a quiet ambiance perfect for relaxation. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to assist with queries and even preparing a birthday card for my girlfriend. While the location was a bit far from the main activities in Resort World Sentosa, the staff's management of pest control impressed me. The dining experience left something to be desired with a lack of exciting options, but the hotel's facilities were top-notch.
