I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is very convenient, near the pool and within walking distance to RWS. The service was exceptional, with staff always ready to help and very attentive. The dining options were a bit limited, but overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel has a wonderful location on Sentosa Island, very near to Universal Studios and the complex. The rooms, though kept clean, are in bad and old conditions, with a nice decoration and spacious toilet featuring a deep soaking bathtub and separate rain shower. The service was very friendly, professional, and helpful, especially for guests with a two-year-old. The dining experience was limited despite the paid package supposed to include it. The location is excellent as it is next to the MRT and everything on Sentosa is nearby.
