Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms, super friendly staff, and a great location near the beach and restaurants. However, the dining options were a bit limited. The facilities were well-kept and enjoyable, and the price was fair.
Staying in a courtyard room due to noise concerns from our designated oceanfront room, we were impressed by the comfort and cleanliness, complete with eco-friendly amenities like glass pitchers and tumblers. The hotel's commitment to reducing plastic waste through filtered water dispensers added a thoughtful touch. However, being assigned a different room initially was a minor inconvenience.
The hotel is in a great location right on seven-mile beach, offering a relaxing vibe of the island. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with all the essential hotel amenities, although there was a slight damp smell. The service is top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff like Allwyn in the dining room. Dining at Anchor & Den was fantastic, especially thanks to the professional manager, Carlos. Overall, a wonderful stay with some small room for improvement.
I had an amazing time at the Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort. The rooms had an amazing view of the pool, although they are a bit tired and need updating. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, with friendly staff like Noeila, Pauli, Tamara, and Mercedes attending to every need. The location, right on the beautiful 7-mile beach, more than made up for the limited size of the resort. The dining options were out of this world, but a bit pricey at $30 plus the daily resort fee. Overall, a great stay with some minor room for improvement.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although in need of updating, had all the essential amenities like a small balcony, a sofa, and a mini-fridge. However, the overall condition of the rooms was below par. The service, especially from the bar staff, was exceptional, making my stay truly memorable. The location was superb, with top-notch service and great dining options nearby. The dining experience was fantastic with a wide variety of dishes but came at a high additional cost. The facilities were decent but nothing extraordinary.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and had all the essentials I needed, including a lovely balcony. The service was top-notch, with daily refreshments and attentive staff. The location was convenient and recently updated in a chic style. Dining options were varied but a bit pricey. Overall, a great value for the amazing experience.
The hotel was a great option with a prime location on the beautiful Seven Miles Beach offering convenience to local shops and easy access to Georgetown in a quick 10-minute taxi. The rooms were spacious, with a partial ocean view which suited us well as we didn't spend much time in the room, though some might prefer more deck space. The service was exceptional from the Veranda beach fish Grill to all the staff, making our stay truly enjoyable. The dining experience, especially at the Veranda for lunch, was excellent, albeit a bit pricey at times.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though not fully ready, offered a pleasant view of the ocean but faced the Comfort Suites next door. The service was exceptional, with staff dedicatedly cleaning post-storm damage. Despite the lack of beach access due to weather, their service overshadowed this drawback. The dining, while expensive, provided an excellent selection, but guests should be aware of the added resort fee.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and some drawbacks. The location was superb, with top-notch service and fantastic dining options at the Anchor & Den and Veranda. The rooms, while clean and well-equipped, felt a bit humid, and the resort fees added up quickly, affecting the overall value for money.
The hotel's rooms, while old-ish, are comfortable, and the service from the attentive staff made me feel like family. The location is perfect, with a beautiful beach and dining options nearby. The dining experience was good but not worth the high price paid.
