Decent, but Some Issues Need Addressing
over elaborate methodterrible condition
The service at the bar was slow. They used an overly complicated method to record purchases. The staff calculated everything on screen, then with a calculator, and finally on a card machine (it felt unnecessary). The steam room was in terrible condition. They have two steam rooms, but management should close one to refresh it. (Maybe I was expecting too much from the spa area?)

The hotel is located very close to the metro station. The front desk staff was helpful, providing quick assistance with directions and requests. I found a Starbucks branch open 24 hours and a mini market that catered to late-night needs. The hotel also arranged a middle-of-the-night wake-up call for my early flight.
The spa area needs some updates and a fresh coat of paint.

The hotel includes an indoor pool and a fitness room. The gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes (it was great!). I noted the availability of a hammam and spa services are available for relaxation.

huge windowsfruit platewater bottles
The room had huge windows on both walls, letting in lots of light. A plate of fruit was there. Many water bottles were also provided.
