public transport bus terminal pillow type
i stayed in a room it included two different pillow types. the hotel provides easy access to public transport it is very close to the mtr. a bus terminal is nearby i could explore with many buses.
the hotel is far from the city centre it could be inconvenient.

average stay with disappointing room issues
detached showerhead safety hazard
the location was convenient with easy access to transportation.
i was not entirely happy with my room. there were maintenance issues as the showerhead was partially detached. the nightlight also fell off, which i thought was a safety hazard.

Really good Stay with Great Amenities
gym equipment mountain view convenient location
The gym provided a solid workout with its variety of equipment. The pool area was beautiful (especially with mountain views!) and I could easily swim laps. The location near University station made getting around very convenient.
The decor in the suite seemed a little dated.

The suite was spacious and quiet, it included a large living room, a mini kitchen, and a large bathroom. The shower was powerful. The bed offered great comfort and the air conditioning worked very well.
Facilities

The club lounge on the 25th floor offers great views and a balcony. The gym has a good variety of equipment for a full weights workout. The swimming pool allows for easy laps and stays open until 9pm.
Service
10/10
The regular housekeeping lady on the 26th floor cleaned the room perfectly. Concierge were helpful with deliveries and luggage collection. Room service guys were always friendly and efficient (Brian and Patrick).

The club lounge food was of a very high quality. Breakfast included a variety of western and eastern choices. Quality smoked salmon and peeled prawns are offered in the club lounge.
