The breakfast had a huge selection. Many tastes were catered for and it was fresh. The kids room was well equipped and had a selection of games. There were also kids activities available. Daily water bottles were left in the room.
The toilet was not working properly. We had to flush it several times to get it to go away. Taxis are very expensive. It is not easy to get them in both directions. There was a communication error when asking about the ferry.

the room had lot of space. i even requested another bed and cot for our two children, it was brand to the room fast. the halloween party catered for young family. the staff was very helpful and allowed me to relax.
the shower temperature was only a bit more than lukewarm.

The staff was helpful . i found the receptionist, edison, to be friendly. He made check-in quick. tina, the waitress, was attentive at breakfast ensuring i had everything. justin provided polite and efficient service during the evenings.
the room smelled humid on arrival which was unpleasant. insects were present despite the balcony door staying closed. i thought the beach would be closer and cleaner.

The hotel has a gym with modern equipment. It includes treadmills and stationary bikes. the outdoor pool area features many loungers with shaded sections for relaxation. there are also convenient qr codes for ordering food and drinks around the resort.

the restaurant staff, including jackie, remembered details and provided attentive service. i received warm hospitality and felt genuinely cared for during my meals. bien, from the concierge team, was helpful with different requests in the lobby.
