I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and offer a very useful shuttle service between the town and the hotel. The fantastic sea view and luxurious amenities added to the experience. However, there was an issue with the AC in my room, which was a bit of a letdown.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with beautiful views of the ocean and pool. The hotel is massive and clean during the daytime. The service was top-notch, with amazing and very helpful staff, especially Jay and Ana at the front desk. The location was the highlight, offering a beautiful, relaxing, and easily accessible setting. While the dining was not impressive, the facilities were great.

However, my room wasn't ready upon arrival. The service was top-notch, with incredibly polite staff who proactively introduced the food options. The location, right on the beach, offers a peaceful getaway, even though it's a bit far from the city center.
