i appreciated the hotel's location. it is next door to sands. this provides easy access to the kotai area via shuttle buses (i found this very convenient). i also found it easy to use shuttle buses to the different piers.
the breakfast was not good. it felt understaffed. i observed many things were empty or rush cooked (not the best start to the day).
