Solid Seaside Stay

The room was large. The seaside view from my room was really calm. I found the airport bus stopping right in front of the hotel very useful. A free shuttle to the metro station ran frequently and a taxi from the metro cost me about 5 USD.

The hotel is not far from the airport and a shuttle goes to Tsuen Wan MTR. Lido Beach is also close. I found the hotel easy to reach and travel from to other destinations.

the direct bus link to the airport was convenient I also appreciated the free shuttles to the two tsuen wan mtr stops the staff were multilingual and helpful the sea view from my room was lovely I was on the 18th floor the room service was prompt and reliable. the mattress was firm offering good support I found this especially beneficial after long days of sightseeing the room had ample space making it easy to relax and unpack properly

dinner at the restaurant was satisfactory portions were generous and fulfilled my appetite the service was attentive ensuring a smooth dining experience, yet could be elevated with more personalized recommendations and quicker service during peak hours.

i was charmed by the family seaview suite sofa bed. it had a spacious area, great for my needs. the room was also very clean. the hotel provided a shuttle bus service to the mtr station, and this made it easy to travel.
the hotel rooms can be a bit noisy at times with sounds from the hallway.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. This. I found the room spacious and the water view was a real treat. The shuttle bus service was convenient for getting around, I am grateful for its reliable transport.

The staff at the front desk was VERY FRIENDLY and polite. There is a free shuttle bus provided for transport to the nearby train station it ran frequently.
The room was not thoroughly cleaned on arrival i found a false eyelash on the shelf. The hotel did not offer any COMPENSATION for this issue.
