I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a cozy living room area, walk-in closet, and a separate shower and tub. The cleanliness was top-notch, not a speck of dust out of place, even in the less commonly touched areas. The service was outstanding, with helpful and professional staff who made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location was superb, conveniently located in the city center with easy access to the subway and a luxury shopping mall right below. The dining experience was delightful, offering a great variety of quality dishes with excellent tea and coffee selections. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.
The hotel has its ups and downs. While the rooms are comfy and spotless, facing west might make the afternoons warmer during summer. The service, although prompt and attentive, missed a chance to assist elderly guests with navigating the breakfast area. The location is convenient, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants, but could benefit from clearer guidance for guests. The dining experience offers vast choices and high quality but lacks variety in traditional regional dishes.
