The staff was helpful. They gave us candles for the evening procession.
The room felt outdated. The furniture seemed old and the decor was not very appealing. I also found the lack of soundproofing to be an issue, as street noise was quite noticeable.

The breakfast was good and the staff helped me. Simon checked me in and said that he upgraded my room. I received complimentary candles to use for the procession. I decided to go to the bar and the bartender provided olives with crackers.
The family suite was like a cheap studio with creaky bed. I found rough blanket and old furniture with no soundproofing. I was unable to sleep because of the loud noise outside.

The hotel provided spacious rooms, equipped with a tub, separate shower, toilet, and bidet. There was enough space for moving around, this made it accessible. The room included functional furniture and provided good space.

The staff were polite, professional, and very helpful . I observed the reception staff helping with parking and directions to nearby landmarks. They facilitated an easy check-in and out process for visitors.
