The hotel had a mildew stench upon arrival, but the spacious and well-maintained rooms made up for it. The service was top-notch with friendly and attentive staff. The location was perfect for both adults and kids, offering a serene environment without any disturbances. The dining experience had its highlights with some room for improvement. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
After some insistence, they agreed to upgrade my room on the 2nd evening, which was a nice touch. The rooms, however, were a bit outdated and the check-out time of 8pm for the room was inconvenient. The service, from the concierge to the housekeepers, was exceptional, even going the extra mile to bring a coffee cup without me requesting it multiple times.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was superb with a range of activities for guests of all ages, but the room upgrades took some persistence, and the check-in process was slow. The service felt a bit pushy, like being in a summer camp, but the water activities were a highlight. The dining options had good variety, especially thanks to Armando, but could use more improvement for better selections.
