The staff knew public transit well. They gave excellent food recommendations. the room was classic and cozy with glassware and toiletries. my room was cleaned daily, and i felt i was walking in for the first time each day. the bed had good quality pillows.
the room felt small, overladen with not so useful items. it was like it was crammed. the carpet seemed quite old to me.

The hotel located on a quiet street was near a metro station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was cozy and warm. I liked the bathroom towels.
