underwhelming experience
slow room servicesmall fitness center
I found some aspects lacking. the room service was slow, it took over an hour to get a simple order of coffee and pastries. the fitness center was smaller than expected. It only had two treadmills. these issues, while minor, detracted from the overall experience.

the hotel offered a very detailed introduction to the public areas and rooms the junior suite had amazing facilities everything felt brand new each time i returned i received a sincere welcome the minibar had an extensive selection of drinks and nuts. the diptyque toiletries were appreciated i also found a dyson hair dryer in the room. the staff were professional.
the pool was very small it also had a consistent one meter depth. the pool area lacked supervision . the design of the rooms was complicated i found it rather impractical. there were contradictory information issues that resulted in over-charged billing.

the staff at the front desk provided comprehensive information about the hotel's amenities they ensured i felt welcomed throughout my stay. their professionalism and attentiveness greatly enhanced my experience making it nice.
