underwhelming experience
valet issuewasted time
The spa claimed to be open to all with the option to privatize. i quickly realized it was almost always privatized. perhaps they should state privatization is needed to guarantee access. also, at checkout, i asked the valet to get my car and help with luggage, but no one came up. I had to bring my suitcases down myself. the valet was not told to get my car. this wasted time as i had a long drive ahead

I was impressed by the room. It was clean and spacious. The jacuzzi was a smart addition. I also found the complimentary daily newspapers a nice touch. The hotel arranged transport and provided sightseeing options. The lounge area provided peace after busy days.

the rooms was not quite good. there were paint chipping and stains all over the rugs. the shower looks like it was from a rv.
