My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and always clean, although the view from my window was often disturbed by people smoking outside. The refrigerator in the room needed defrosting but worked fine. The service provided was exceptional, with the housekeeping staff being particularly accommodating and helpful. The location, while easy to find, was in a congested area, making it feel a bit small and crowded. The dining experience had some room for improvement, with the breakfast options being somewhat limited.

The place is right on Locust, which is really convenient, but the rooms didn't smell fresh and had an odor like trying to cover up cigarette smoke. The linens and pillows were nice, though. The staff informed us and apologized, addressing a smokey room issue quickly. They were kind and considerate, assisting us even though we arrived almost an hour late. The location is good for Heartland Events Center, offering more space during their continental breakfast. The dining experience was basic with some fresh and delicious options but could be improved. Overall, a decent stay with a few hiccups.
