The hotel offers comfortable rooms with nice bathroom facilities, however not ideal for tea drinkers due to the absence of kettles. The service was friendly and helpful but lacked in enforcing mask policies. The location was great for strolling down Main Street but had issues with staff availability. The dining experience was average with a mix of food types. The facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel was perfectly situated right on Main St, allowing for easy access to excellent restaurants and fun shops. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although not up to Hampton standards. The service was exceptionally hospitable and accommodating. Dining was fair, but sufficient to meet basic needs. The location was great, especially for those arriving by train, and near a variety of restaurants. The facilities were adequate.

My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, but having coffee makers instead of kettles was a drawback for a tea lover like me. The location was central and convenient, close to various attractions, although the customer service experience regarding a misplaced item left a bit of a sour taste. The dining options were decent, with a variety of meal items to choose from. The facilities were pleasant, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in Downtown area, within walking distance to many good restaurants & old town shops. The rooms felt clean and offered enough space to feel mentally refreshed but the hotel needs renovation. The service went out of their way to meet our requests. The location is close to everything downtown but may not be in the safest area.
