Reviews and Ratings
The hotel staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The rooms were nice and very comfortable, although the bed was broken, which was a downside. The location is convenient, right off the interstate and close to a shopping center. The dining experience was decent, and the facilities included pool tables, ping pong, and air hockey.
The hotel had a decent standard with some drawbacks. Despite a few cleanliness issues like finding hairs in the bed and a dirty bathroom, the room was spacious. The location was the highlight of the stay, being convenient for city activities, especially with the fun water slide for kids. However, the crowded atmosphere during my visit was a downside that impacted the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were dated and not as expected from the online pictures, with a rather unpleasant smell and cleanliness issues. On the positive side, the location was great and easily accessible to various attractions. The service had some hiccups but was responsive to requests for extra pillows. Dining options were decent, but the overall value for money could have been better.
Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool area was great, and the little pub attached to the hotel was a nice touch. However, there were noise issues from the next room and the adult grandchildren's room faced a smoking area. The service was friendly overall, but there was a rude comment that marred the experience. The location was convenient for our short stay, but there were some downsides in terms of noise and limited amenities. The dining experience was good, with ace seafood, but some improvements could be made. The facilities were adequate for our needs.
The hotel's rooms were worth the price paid, clean, and comfy, but located on the very far end where the first non-working entry was. The service was great; the front desk staff were amazing and accommodating, although there were instances of rudeness. The location was convenient and just off I-90, making it ideal for exploring the area, but it was on the slide end. The dining options varied from being next door to included, but there were remarks about slow service at the attached restaurant. The facilities were adequate, although some facilities required guests to ask for additional items.
