The staff was very accommodating. The desk staff also provided several dining recommendations. The location proved fabulous. Our check in process was smooth.

Thon service charms. Staff create a very pleasant atmosphere. Rooms are spacious. Iron with ironing board prove thoughtful. December decor creates an elegant vibe.
Air condition give no coldness. The room was very hot. Water out of the cold tap felt lukewarm. TV give no display. I expected better.

The staff was great. Our check-in was indeed smooth. The Brighton restaurant offered a superb dining experience. I especially enjoyed the bar area. It featured many seating options. I used them on several evenings.
The common spaces were sometimes crowded due to a conference, made them slightly less accessible.
