Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms lacked a refrigerator and were smaller than expected for the king bed and fireplace, the pool and hot tub needed better cleaning. The service was cordial overall, but there were some issues with enforcing quiet hours. The location was great, close to skiing and restaurants, but the dining experience was mediocre, with a concerning incident in the restaurant. However, the facilities were satisfactory overall.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were well-appointed with a large tub, fireplace, and walk-out patio, making them clean and comfortable with nice features. However, the air conditioning unit created a minor disturbance at night with a ticking noise. The service was excellent, with responsive and welcoming staff, although one encounter was a bit terse. The location was top-notch, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area and the pool and hot tub facilities. The dining experience, while very good, felt a bit expensive for the simplicity of the offerings.
The hotel had a fabulous, spacious room with a large walk-in shower that was well-stocked with kitchen and laundry amenities. However, the room stayed too warm for my liking regardless of the temperature controls. It was actually two units with adjoining doors, offering plenty of space. The service was varied, with top-notch service overall, though at times, it felt a bit bossy, especially around the pool. On the positive side, the staff were quite helpful when I needed directions to the hospital. The location was ideal for skiing but a bit far from certain amenities. The dining experience had its ups and downs, as the restaurant was a little expensive, and the service was lacking, notably with burnt toast. The facilities were adequate, offering necessary amenities. The room price was reasonable, but some services were overpriced given the experience.
