The hotel is convenient with friendly service, but room cleanliness and accessibility are concerning. The dining options are average, and the location has both positives and negatives.

Rooms
5.0
The room was accessible initially through the main door and down a hallway. It sounded like there was a rodent in the air unit, and there was no soap for the washer or dryer.
Service
7.0
The staff was friendly and accommodating, but they ran out of food at breakfast.
Location
6.0
The location had mixed feelings; it was messy with construction debris, not ideal for walking dogs, yet it was close to downtown Grand Junction, Palisades, and other attractions.
Dining

The dining experience was average, lacking variety in breakfast offerings.

The hotel has lots of space in the rooms, but some areas need attention like the dirty carpet. The service is conscientious, but improvements are needed in areas like stocking up breakfast. The location is convenient with easy highway access and pet-friendly policy. The dining is under renovation, offering a better experience compared to standard options. The facilities are decent, but updates could enhance the overall experience.

I couldn't have asked for a better location for my stay. Close to downtown Grand Junction, palisades, food, wineries, and everything you can think of. The rooms were conveniently located on the ground floor at the very back of the property, making it easy to access a nice shady area for the dogs to poop. However, the service left a bit to be desired as there was a lack of understanding of the necessary services. The hotel is right off the highway and near a fantastic coffee place called Octopus Coffee.

Service
6.0
There was a bit of a lack of understanding about the necessary services needed. They did not care much about keeping up appearances. However, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services were available.

The hotel is right off the highway and near a fantastic coffee place called Octopus Coffee. Close to downtown Grand Junction, palisades, food, wineries, the highway, and everything you can think of.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was not the best, with only coffee, juice, and donut or rolls available. The pillows were as hard as a rock, and the receptionist was not very welcoming.
Facilities
The facility was unable to get the sliding glass door open to relieve the stuffiness. However, it was close to the airport, which was convenient for my needs.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The pet-friendly room I stayed in was comfortable, with the added perk of a balcony, but it was disappointing to find someone else's nightgown behind the bathroom door. The service, particularly from the lady who seemed to be the manager, was disrespectful and lacking in hospitality. The location was convenient, close to the freeway and eating spots, but the untidy appearance outside was off-putting. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a nice variety compared to standard options, although the biscuits could have been fresher.

Rooms
6.0
The room, although adequate for an older facility, had a nice balcony, but I was taken aback by the nightgown from a previous guest still hanging behind the bathroom door.
Service
5.0
The service was not up to par, especially from the lady who appeared to be the manager; it was disrespectful and lacking in friendliness.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location, right off the highway and near Octopus Coffee, was convenient for a stopover during travel, though the untidy appearance outside was uninviting.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was decent, offering more than just basic choices, but the biscuits could use improvement.
Facilities
The facilities were average for what was expected, with standard amenities available.
