The location is convenient with easy highway access and pet-friendly policy. The dining is under renovation, offering a better experience compared to standard options. The facilities are decent, but updates could enhance the overall experience.

I couldn't have asked for a better location for my stay. Close to downtown Grand Junction, palisades, food, wineries, and everything you can think of. The rooms were conveniently located on the ground floor at the very back of the property, making it easy to access a nice shady area for the dogs to poop. However, the service left a bit to be desired as there was a lack of understanding of the necessary services. The hotel is right off the highway and near a fantastic coffee place called Octopus Coffee.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The pet-friendly room I stayed in was comfortable, with the added perk of a balcony, but it was disappointing to find someone else's nightgown behind the bathroom door. The service, particularly from the lady who seemed to be the manager, was disrespectful and lacking in hospitality. The location was convenient, close to the freeway and eating spots, but the untidy appearance outside was off-putting. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a nice variety compared to standard options, although the biscuits could have been fresher.
