fantastic stay!
fast elevators keurig coffee maker valet parking
I was so impressed with the fast elevators, i never waited long! the fitness center was well-equipped, i loved the three treadmills. the in-room coffee maker was a keurig, i brewed a perfect cup every morning. the hotel offers a valet parking service. It's so convenient and fast!
the minibar prices were pretty high, i think the cost could be more reasonable.

I loved the on-site restaurant. It offered an extensive menu with delicious options for both breakfast and dinner, the food was so tasty! the service was attentive, the staff were very helpful, and the ambiance was pleasant!

the concierge was helpful, they provided detailed information about local attractions and transportation options! the front desk staff were efficient and courteous, i always felt welcome. housekeeping maintained the room very clean every day!

the suite was huge, it had a separate living area. the bed was very comfortable with high-quality linens, it was such a good sleep! the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

The hotel had convenient access to public transportation, i explored the area with ease! the surroundings were walkable with many restaurants and shops. It was fun! the hotel's central position made exploring the area easy.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
impersonal check-in limited menu
the check-in process felt impersonal the front desk staff seemed uninterested in addressing my questions i found that quite disappointing. the room service menu was limited with few healthy options available a wider selection would greatly improve the dining experience. also i noticed some wear and tear in the room the furniture looked a little dated

small gym weak coffee
The hotel looked grand , but a few details missed the mark. I found the fitness center to be surprisingly small . I expected more than just two treadmills. The breakfast buffet , while extensive , lacked variety from day to day. I also thought the in-room coffee could have been better. It tasted weak. The turn-down service felt inconsistent , sometimes skipping our room entirely. These issues collectively detracted from what should have been a seamless experience.
