Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, though a bit dated, offering average size with sliders opening to a pool and tiki bar. The service was exceptionally friendly. The location was perfect for our group's activities. The dining experience was delicious at the hotel restaurant.
Staying at the Ridge on the third floor was a mixed experience. The rooms had beautiful amenities but were lacking in cleanliness with some unwanted surprises. The service from the property and the SPA staff was accommodating, although a bit confusing at times. The location is great, especially for a weekend getaway, but communication issues with the management left a negative impression. The dining experience offered some delightful moments, but there is room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, while still appearing dated and worn, offered lakeside views in our Lakeside Patio King room. The room was clean and well-equipped with a large picture window, a mini fridge, a hairdryer, and an iron, although lacked a microwave. The service was fantastic, with the staff being extremely accommodating and helpful, even arranging the igloo experience for us. The location, despite being somewhat outdated, provided a lot of activities for our group, complementing our meeting perfectly. The dining experience was a bit pricey, but the beautifully decorated restaurant had a wonderful menu. The facilities were adequate, with a couple of notable shortcomings.
