The hotel had rooms that were a short of heaven, with a lovely lake view, but lacked functional furniture near the window. The service was super friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. The location was perfect, steps from Michigan Ave and surrounded by high-end shopping. The dining experience was great with delicious food and the best flat white coffee. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained.

Staying in a room on the 30th floor and above with a Lakeside view is worth the extra cost. The rooms are much higher up in the tower, accessible via a different lift. The hotel offers a fantastic location in the Gold Coast area of downtown Chicago, perfect for shopping and dining, with amazingly kind and helpful staff.
