Reviews and Ratings
I had a cool stay at this hotel in a great location, offering good value for money. The rooms were spacious but had some minor issues. The service was simply excellent, making my experience delightful. The location couldn't be better, close to many landmarks and great spots. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with room for improvement in some areas.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of urban chic style with some disturbances from the service entrance at night. I enjoyed a pretty decent city skyline view but had to overlook the train line. The location is superb, right in the heart of Downtown Chicago, making it perfect for exploring the city. The dining experience was a bit confused at times, but the authentic dishes were delicious.
The hotel had rooms that, due to a private function, were not large but suited our needs well. They were very comfortable and had everything you needed. Though they could be bigger, there's not much to complain about at this rate. The service, both at the hotel and Cerise, was very helpful and friendly, and they were quite helpful in getting us cabs and holding our luggage between checkout and going to the airport. The location was excellent, just 100 ft near the L connections to all lines, perfect for all the downtown Chicago activities we came for. The dining experience was a bit expensive and not very good at 6:45 am outside, but they were confused with another room; however, the chocolate muffins were good. The facilities were top-notch, reflecting the next generation of hotels - hip but not pretentious, classy but very welcoming, central but super intimate, with many walking distance attractions available.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room had a lovely view of the Trump Tower, but its location right across from the noisy elevator area was a downside. The service was top-notch with a super friendly staff, although there were no special indulgences. The hotel's location was superb, right in the heart of Chicago, perfect for exploring the downtown activities. Dining was a bit pricey and took a long time, but the food quality was great. The facilities were modern and convenient.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The unique and well-designed rooms were a highlight, but the darkness required some adjustments with the floor lamp. The extensive amenities were a great comfort after long days of sightseeing, but some aspects were not as expected.
The hotel's location was absolutely perfect for exploring downtown Chicago by foot, with cozy and inviting surroundings. The rooms were spacious, clean, and a great retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff was friendly and attentive. However, dining options were a bit pricey and not very good, taking quite some time. Overall, a superb location for activities in the heart of Chicago.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were fabulous, clean, and very well appointed, offering plenty of space even for in-room breakfast. However, the location being above the service entrance led to disturbances by the early morning bin emptying. The service was really friendly and personable, going the extra mile to accommodate my needs; however, the pricing felt like a rip-off in some aspects. The location, although superb and in the heart of Chicago, was slightly further from the Magnificent Mile than expected. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a seriously yummy Pork Belly but also some confusion with the service early in the morning. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
My stay at the hotel was impressive. The rooms were interesting and quite spacious for Chicago, and checking in until 5 pm was convenient. It was the cleanest I've experienced in business travel in years. The rooftop bar added a fun touch, and the location in the Loop was perfect, though the cost of $309 per day was a bit steep.
Arriving at the hotel, I was impressed by the spacious, trendy, and cozy suite I checked into; everything was super clean. The room felt premium and worth the $309 per day rate. The service at the Virgin was top-notch - the staff were kind, courteous, and very helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was fantastic, just a block from the Chicago River and a walking distance to must-visit places like Millennium Park and the riverwalk. However, dining options were limited, although the smoothies were a nice touch.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms had a pretty decent view of the city skyline and were well designed and clean. The service was top-notch with the staff willing to go out of their way to accommodate guests. The location is superb, right in the heart of Chicago, making it ideal for exploring downtown. The dining experience was a bit confusing but the facilities were great overall.
