Upon early check-in at 2 pm, my adult daughter and I had a room that overlooked the lake and was very comfortable. The furniture, window treatments, and doors added to the cozy ambiance. The hotel staff spoke in an unusual manner but were quick to offer apologies and assistance. The location required changing elevators, which wasn't inviting, but the hotel's ideal position and room size were ideal for my work trip to Chicago. The dining experience included a slight delay in room service, but the bread toasts were satisfying. Overall, a mixed experience with highlights and areas for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was truly fantastic!
