The hotel's penthouse suite was large, very modern, and well-appointed with a good view of the city. However, the shower was cold, and the hot tub was not working. The hotel was clean, but some areas need improvement.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were sooooooo welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location, close to main attractions and the seafront, was excellent. Unfortunately, the dining experience wasn't the greatest, but overall, great value for money.
A mix of pros and cons at this hotel. Despite a late check-in time, the rooms were eventually clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The service, though with delays, was overall professional and helpful. The location is ideal in the heart of the city, close to dining and shopping options, yet dining extras could be improved and come at a price. Worth considering for a convenient stay.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The 7th-floor room I stayed in was excellent with a beautiful harbor view. The late check-in time wasn't a problem, and the room was well-decorated and quite comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my experience even better.
The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, from a standard room to a beautiful rooftop patio. The rooms are very well appointed and can easily compete with those on the continent, but the housekeeping service was a bit delayed, which was inconvenient after a long day of sightseeing.
