mixed feelings about my stay
loud musicdirty windows
The music downstairs was louder than i anticipated, lasting late into the night. it made it difficult to relax in my room. the windows were also quite dirty. The view wasn't great because of all the grime. i really thought this would be an escape.

i appreciate the swift check-in i had. my room had plentiful supplies. the subway station across the street provided good links around town. i especially enjoyed the nightly jazz in the libby, SO CHILL.
the room could have been a bit cleaner, i found some hair in the bathroom.

the hotel is in a quieter part of the city near the 911 ground zero museum. it is still within walking distance of the one world trade centre. there is also many dining options available near here.

The check-in process was smooth , with staff offering a cute glass of champagne. The hotel lounge provided live music and a fun atmosphere . I also found the location very convenient , with subway access nearby. The breakfast offered a limited , but filling selection of items perfect for a quick start to the day.
The room I had initially was close to the lobby , and the music was quite loud , even with the noise cancellation features.

The hotel boasts a retro , vintage style , complete with a movie theater and a jazz bar. Live music filled the lobby every evening. A comfortable recreation lounge on the main floor provided ample space.

The Beautiful One-Bedroom Suite featured well-equipped facilities , including a desk , Nespresso machine , safe , and minibar. Rooms provide comfortable and functional spaces , suitable even for longer stays. The rooms also include music equipment , great for listening to music.

The location is perfect , positioned very close to multiple subway lines. It is also surrounded by numerous dining , shopping , and tourist options. Many attractions are within walking distance , including the 9-11 Memorial , Little Italy , and Chinatown.

champagne glass
zillah at the front desk provided all necessary information upon arrival. i appreciated the champagne offered at check-in and readily available water bottles.
Cleaning is not a strong point. I noticed dust and crumbs. something was frequently missing from the bathroom. it could be soap or cotton buds.

The hotel offered live jazz music daily, which i found quite enjoyable. the bar was wonderful and a nice place to relax. i also found the staff to be helpful and polite. They were easily accessible when i needed assistance.
The noise from the air conditioning was very loud, it also caused vibrations. this woke me up several times despite me wearing earplugs. i had to turn it off and deal with the heat for two nights. i also found hair in various places throughout the room. The room was not very clean.
