My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean and convenient to everything, making for a comfortable experience. The customer service was very nice, and I would definitely come back, especially for the new slot machines. It was a great value for the price, why stay elsewhere when you can pay half for such a nice stay? The only downside was the crummy weather during my visit, but that's not the hotel's fault.

The location was very convenient for my family's Christmas shopping trip. We were surrounded by everything we needed and the hotel was in the middle of all the action.

I had a great time at the hotel! The rooms were nice, the atmosphere was great, and I even tried some sports betting and gambling on the floor. I'm definitely coming back for the Superbowl! The only downside was being two floors above the fire/flooded floor, but overall, it was very clean and nice, though a bit dated.
Rooms
8.0
The rooms could have been a little bigger, but they were very clean and nice. The atmosphere was great for some sports betting and gambling. I'm excited to return for the Superbowl trip. Just two floors above the fire/flooded floor.
Service
9.0
The service was phenomenal and exceptionally polite. The staff was always helpful with our wants and needs. A wonderful experience overall, except for a few who weren't very pleasant.
Location
6.0
The location was perfectly welcoming and helpful, especially for attending a conference at the Convention Center. It's in need of some serious updating, but the casino was good and being close to Caesar's and Wild West was convenient. However, having to pay extra for lawn chairs and children's fees after the resort fee was a bit of a letdown.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were mixed. Dunkin' Donuts was delicious and super cheap, while Applebee's left much to be desired. Not the best dining experience overall but passable for quick bites.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel facilities were good, offering room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, a welcome drink, and even a happy hour. However, some areas need updating to enhance the overall experience.
